Less Sodium
The most common form of sodium is salt. It is added to a lot of foods such as Peanut butter, Ketchup, canned soups, etc. Most of those foods contain a salt content that is much higher than the recommended daily intake. Please look out for that salt content on the foods you are consuming today!
