I love cooking, baking and creating healthy recipes. I used to do triathlons, but not so much anymore. I still enjoy swimming, biking, running, and working out in general.
My interest in food is very simple, I am a triathlete and need to figure out how to best fuel my body with the ideal nutrition for every occasion. I think about what I eat before I train, while I train and for recovery. Yes it does indeed make a difference how you balance your protein, carbs and fats for each meal of the day.
